Nelson to succeed Swann in Mobitex Chair
The Mobitex Association has named Charles Nelson, President and CEO of US-based Velocita Wireless, as its next Chairman, effective 1st January 2006.

Nelson has more than 20 years of experience selling services and solutions based on computer and communications technology to government and enterprise customers.
Before becoming President and CEO of Velocita Wireless, he held several senior positions with Cingular Wireless, including Vice President of National Data Sales where he was responsible for all distribution channels for Cingular Wireless' Data products.
