MGE UPS Systems has simplified the connection of rack applications to its uninterruptible power supplies with its first range of Pulsar and Comet power distribution units (PDUs).

MGE UPS Systems has simplified the connection of rack applications to its uninterruptible power supplies with its first range of Pulsar and Comet power distribution units (PDUs).

These new PDUs combine electrical safety with the ability to create and manage power distribution inside rack enclosures, enabling structured and safe cabling that can be easily accessed by technicians and network administrators.

The Pulsar and Comet PDUs feature flexible mounting options, 1 to 2U maximum rack size, 7 to 14 receptacles and power distribution up to 52A, along with overload protection with circuit breakers and cable locking system built-in for IEC sockets.

Jason Koffler, MGE UK Distribution Channel Manager comments: "Combined with Pulsar and Comet UPS these new PDUs provide the most critical applications with end-to-end MGE top-quality electrical protection".
