Dual and triple 135MHz low-power op amps
Consuming just 2.4mA per op amp, the MIC915 dual and MIC916 triple op amps extend Micrel's premier family of high-speed, low-power op amps for power-sensitive high-speed applications.
Consuming just 2.4mA per op amp, the MIC915 dual and MIC916 triple op amps extend Micrel's premier family of high-speed, low-power operational amplifiers designed to meet the needs of power-sensitive high-speed applications Both devices share the same key specifications as Micrel's advanced MIC910 single op amp, introduced earlier this year

World's simplest buck regulator boosted to 2A
Micrel has boosted the output capability of the industry's simplest surface-mount DC/DC switching convertor to 2A while retaining the device's original SO-8 packaging.
They are unity-gain stable, and like the rest of the MIC91x family, the MIC915 and MIC916 can drive any capacitance load.
"Over the past few months, Micrel has introduced a range of leading-edge op amps in SOT23-5 packaging with speeds ranging from 105 to 350MHz.
We are now offering dual and triple versions for the first time", says Scott Brown, Linear and RF Business Unit Manager.
"These parts are evidence of Micrel's dedication to the high-performance op amp market".
Both devices are specified at supply voltages of +/-2.5 and +/-9V.
Input offset voltage is 1mV (typical), large signal voltage gain is 73dB, power supply rejection ratio is 81dB and common-mode rejection ratio is 98dB.
The MIC915BMM is provided in MSOP-10 packaging and priced at $1.96 in 1,000 piece quantities.
The MIC916BQS is manufactured in a QSOP-16 packaging and priced at $2.98 in 1,000 piece quantities.
Samples are available immediately, and the datasheet can be found at www.micrel.com/pdfs/mic915.pdf.
