Dual and triple 135MHz low-power op amps
Consuming just 2.4mA per op amp, the MIC915 dual and MIC916 triple op amps extend Micrel's premier family of high-speed, low-power op amps for power-sensitive high-speed applications.
They operate down to 2.5V single-supply and are guaranteed over the -40 to +85C temperature range.
A new fanout buffer family (SY10/100EP11, EP111 and EP210) features a 30 to 50% improvement in critical AC-timing parameters compared with the previous ECLinPS Lite family; a guaranteed maximum frequency above 3GHz, pin-to-pin skew of less than 20ps, and tr/tf time of less than 180ps over temperature.
The ECL Pro family of devices is a rapidly growing line of high-performance ECL logic, offering a significant speed upgrade compared with ECLinPS Lite devices.
"The demand for faster, more accurate, timing-critical support functions has increased in step with the demand for lower voltage, faster VLSI ASICs and ASSPs", said Steve Pratt, product marketing manager.
"Micrel's ECL Pro family meets the demanding timing requirements of today's Sonet OC-3 to OC-192 optical networking, Fibre Channel, Gigabit Ethernet communications systems, and high-end server/networking systems.
The new ECL Pro devices provide a significant reduction in channel-to-channel skew, improved rise and fall time and increased bandwidth".
