Miotto joins the board

As an assurance partner, he was responsible for the overall planning and execution of the audits of the financial statements of his clients.
In this role, he had extensive interaction with top management and the boards of directors of his clients, specifically audit committees.
Miotto is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds CPA licenses in New York, Connecticut and California.
He has also served as chairman of the SEC Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr.Miotto holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College, The City University of New York.
In his new role, Miotto will serve as one of Micrel's independent directors.
