Microtherm has new ranges of surface mount NTC thermistors and chip varistors.
Microtherm has new ranges of surface mount NTC thermistors and chip varistors The thermistors are ideal for temperature compensation and overtemperature detection in personal computers and memory devices
These are manganese-oxide-based NTC thermistors, which show nonlinear temperature behaviour.
The chip varistors are ideal for protection from transients, voltage noise in ICs, surge protection and as a replacement for zener diodes.
They are metal-oxide-based, with nonlinear voltage/current behaviour, exhibiting better electrical properties such as high clamping voltage and low leakage current.
