Conexant to use MIPS64 5Kc core
Conexant Systems has been assigned the MIPS Technologies license for the MIPS64 5Kc processor core for use in advanced solutions for Internet infrastructure equipment.
Conexant Systems' Internet Infrastructure Division has been assigned the MIPS Technologies license for the MIPS64 5Kc processor core for use in advanced semiconductor and software solutions for Internet infrastructure equipment In addition, Conexant, the world's largest independent company focused exclusively on providing semiconductor system solutions for communications electronics, has retained a license to the MIPS64 5Kc core
