A new series of compact character and graphics displays make optimum use of space by replacing the usual trough-hole connector and PCB with a ready assembled header.
Available now from MMS Electronics is the DIP series of compact character and graphics displays The new displays make optimum use of space by replacing the usual trough-hole connector and PCB with a ready assembled header
Character displays are available in 1 x 8, 2 x 8, 2 x 16, 4 x 20 formats, and graphics displays feature 122 x 32, 128 x 64 and 240 x 128 dot layouts.
Most DIP display modules feature low power LED backlights in green and yellow, blue and white or black and white.
All modules have a standard controller, temperature compensation and negative voltage compensation built in.
The use of common footprints between certain models allows OEM products to be easily upgraded from text to graphics displays or for OEMs to produce differentiated products sharing the same PCB design.
All displays are available on short lead times.
