PLL-based transmitters shrink into MLPs
A new range of low-power radio transmitter chips covering frequencies from 300 to 930MHz are the first devices of their type to be produced in the very tiny micro leadframe package.
The MLX90121 consists of an analogue front end associated to a digital preprocessor which handles ASK, FSK and PSK demodulation and data encoding.
The analogue front end circuitry may be used independent of the digital preprocessor when in direct mode.
The MLX90121 conforms to ISO/IEC14443A/B and ISO/IEC15693 standards and provides support for non-ISO/IEC-compliant applications.
