Product development process follows CMMI
model
Mistral Software has been successfully appraised for Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration.

CMMI processes explicitly link management and engineering activities to business objectives by incorporating lessons learned from additional areas of best practice (such as measurement and risk management) to ensure that products meet customer expectations.
