Micromark C and CD has a series of new Bluetooth solutions from OKI Semiconductor.

Micromark C and CD has a series of new Bluetooth solutions from OKI Semiconductor.

The first products available from the range are the MK70120/70110 modules for class 2 Bluetooth data and voice applications.

The ready-made functional modules, which conform to Bluetooth specification version 1.1, operate at 2.4GHz.

The MK70120/70110 modules include base band and RF ICs together with RF Filter and flash memory.

Protocol stacks up to the HCI are installed in the modules as software, reducing product development time effectively.

Modules are supplied with 1200bit/s UART and 12Mbit/s USB interfaces for data communications control and with a PCM interface for voice communications control.

The MK70110 is equipped with a RF coaxial connector, whereas the MK07120 has an onboard antenna.

Also available, to assist with product development, is the BT_MCK evaluation control kit.

Connected to a host PC the MCK allows evaluation and functional verification of the modules.
