VCOs provide excellent linearity
The CVCO55CW-0800-1600 VCOs operate from 800 to 1600MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 19V.

These VCOs feature a typical phase noise of -105dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and have excellent linearity.
Features include 5.0V with a maximum current consumption of 25mA and a typical second harmonic suppression of -5dBc, as well as minimised pulling and pushing to 2.00MHz and 2.00MHz/V.

Both devices are packaged in the industry standard 0.5in x 0.5in SMD package and are suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
