High accuracy from PLL-based custom
oscillators
RFX uses PLL techniques to produce custom oscillator modules, with frequencies up to 2.4GHz, from a high quality base oscillator.

Jitter levels of 0.5ps can be achieved together with excellent phase noise and low ageing characteristics producing accuracies of up to 0.005ppm/day.
The modules are available with an ECL or sinewave output.
Applications are in HF communications equipment, instrumentation and system synchronisation.
As custom-designed product these units may be supplied with pins or SMA connectors and to military or commercial specifications.
