Compact LNAs provide up to 50dB gain
Roswin's low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) provide high reliability, high-output IP3, and low noise figures over the CDMA and PCS bands.
Roswin's low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) provide high reliability, high-output IP3, and low noise figures over the CDMA and PCS bands The LNA offers 50dB of gain and a noise figure below 1.0dB from a single +9V supply that requires only 20mA
The typical output 1dB compression point is +21dBm at 2GHz.
The LNA offers several options such as variable gain control, and built in detectors/power monitors.
Devices are available in ultrasmall SMD packaging or in connector-type housings.
Applications are in small repeaters for cellular, PCS and UMTS and basestations for wireless communications.
