Generally designed for low-cost commercial applications, the VCOs offer excellent phase noise and linear frequency stability.

An optional coaxial resonator is available.

Roswin's VCOs are available over an output frequency range of 20MHz to 6GHz and over the operating temperature range from -30 to +80C.

The devices are best suited to phase-locked loop applications as well as clock and data recovery circuits.

Roswin can design a custom SMT VCO for little or no extra charge, and offers low cost and quick production turnaround.

Applications include cellular, PCS and UMTS systems, frequency synthesisers and clock and data retiming circuitry.
