Cores have lower losses at high frequencies
Chang Sung Corp of Korea offers a complete range of toroids in MPP, high-flux and Sendust powder materials manufactured to the highest specifications.
Absorshield K-E series is composed of Finemet high-performance nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials, and achieves UL94V0 flame retardancy.
Thanks to its slim thickness and the flexibility of the foil, the material is easy to handle and easily to cut in various shapes.
The sheet is available as standard in A4 format in thicknesses of 0.25 and 0.50mm.
The operating temperature is -40 to +85C.
The density is 3500kg/m3 and the complex permeability is at 8.5 or 9.0 at 1GHz.
The tensile strength is specified at 1.8MPa and the surface resistance is 1Gohm.
Highly effective for suppression of radiated noise and crosstalk, applications for Absorshield K-E series are found in PCs, mobile phones, DVD systems, digital video cameras and optical communication system among others.
