These wideband MMIC based prescaler modules are ideal for military EW/ECM, space, test equipment, wideband telecomms, microwave radio and industrial applications from 0.5 to 18GHz.

The HMC-C005, HMC-C006 and HMC-C007 wideband prescaler modules accept a wide input power range of -15 to +10dBm at midband, and deliver -4dBm of output power with an ultralow additive single sideband phase noise of -150dBc/Hz.

Each of these dividers operates from a single +5V supply, and consumes only 75-98mA of current.

The HMC-C005, HMC-C006 and HMC-C007 offer divide ratios of two, four and eight, respectively, and are housed in hermetically sealed modules with field replaceable SMA connectors and internally DC blocked I/Os.

The connectorised module product line uses Hittite's standard wideband MMIC prescaler products taking advantage of the company's design, manufacturing and quality knowledge base.
