Hittite Microwave Corporation has introduced a new GaAs pHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier that is ideal for microwave radio, military and industrial sensor applications The HMC341LC3B is a GaAs PHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier housed in a RoHS compliant 3 x 3mm leadless SMT package
Operating from 21 to 29GHz, the amplifier delivers 13dB of gain, 2.5dB noise figure, and requires no external matching components.
This versatile LNA consumes only 35mA from a single +3.0V supply, while the RF I/Os are DC blocked for ease of integration.
The HMC341LC3B is also available in a bare die form factor as the HMC341.
Samples and evaluation PC boards for all SMT packaged products are available from stock and can be ordered from representative MRC Components.
