Cellergy's supercapacitors feature high capacitance, low ESR, very thin outlines and a cost low enough to be attractive in price-sensitive portable digital applications.

The company's production process uses off-the-shelf raw materials (RoHS compliant) and Cellergy claims to have the best ratio of cost/energy in the industry.

Supercapacitors can be produced with any shape and dimensions and can be configured for SMT compatibility.

Standard voltages of 2.1, 3.5, 4.2, 5.5, 6.3, 9 and 12V are available in four standard sizes: 12 x 12, 17 x 17.5, 17.5 x 28 and 30 x 48mm.

Minimum thickness is 1.7mm, operating temperature is from -30 to +70C, and ESR is of the order of tens to hundreds of milliohms.

All products are nonpolar and cycles are not limited.

As a result of Cellergy's unique printing technology, MRC Components can supply custom made products to meet special customer requirements in dimensions, shape and electrical parameters.

Examples include very thin supercapacitors designed for automatic assembly, supplied with SMT connectors.
