Moritex offers a wide range of components, systems and services directed to the volume manufacturing of optoelectronic devices used in long haul and metro market optical telecommunication systems From a simple lens to a Focal automated align and bonding system to its OFS contract assembly services, Moritex's full spectrum of products and services affords customers with the choices necessary to bring product ideas to market

By combining their practical experience and technical know how in machine vision and robotics with advanced optics and fibre optics technologies, Moritex have developed a family of automated alignment and production systems known as Focal.

These unique and technically advanced systems are designed to perform multi-axis alignment, optimisation and either YAG welding or UV curing of components for the production of electro-optic devices and modules.

Moritex's range of measuring systems provides non-contact, automated precision core pitch measurement of optical fibre arrays, MT ferrules (including multiple-row devices) and V-groove boards.

Measurement is both rapid and precise.

For instance measurements on an eight-core optical fibre array can be made in only 8s.

Complimenting the systems Moritex offer a variety of high precision optical components and devices used in optical telecommunications including fibre arrays, V-grooves, metallised optical fibres, spherical (ball) and aspheric lenses.
