Ceramic resonators save IC space
Murata's CSTCE-XT ceramic resonators have built-in ceramic resonators with built-in load capacitors to reduce component count and save space in USB 2.0 controller IC driver circuits.

Inductors cut resistance to save wireless power
A new family of multilayer chip inductors features exceptionally low DC resistance, making the miniature devices ideal for high frequency applications where power consumption is a critical factor.
This series has been specially developed for USB circuitry and is suitable for mobile phones, digital cameras, printers, keyboards and other consumer electronics and audio equipment applications.
The resonators provide an initial tolerance of +/-250 parts per million and a temperature characteristic of +/-150 parts per million, making them suitable for replacing quartz devices in many applications.
The CSTCE-XT series does not require any external load capacitors and saves money for customers switching from quartz.
Ceramic resonators also provide quicker start up times and better shock resistance than their quartz counterparts.
This series is available in the frequency range 24 to 27.2/30MHz and operating temperatures are 0 to 70C.
