Staffordshire hosts electronic design
centre

All levels of students, from first year undergraduates learning about basic electronics, to electronics masters students (MSc), will use the laboratory.

"We are proud to work with National Instruments, a market leader in virtual instrumentation, to give our students training with leading edge equipment and facilities".
NI and Staffordshire University are collaborating to provide hardware, training, and support for the lab.
The university already uses NI LabView software and has now chosen to incorporate two superior quality data acquisition cards, the NI PCI-5911 which is a flexible, high-speed, high-resolution digitiser that has variable speed and resolution, and the NI PCI-5401, high-speed function generator card.
The National Instruments Electronic Design Centre is in line with National Instruments commitment to working with academia to encourage the engineers of tomorrow.
