National Instruments' "promote from within" policy coupled with its rapid growth demands a steady flow of qualified engineers to fill positions in marketing and technical sales.
"At National Instruments, we always hire the brightest and best engineers straight from university", said Ian Bell, Regional Technical Marketing Manager.
"The Engineering Leadership Programme, with it's blend of on-the-job and class-based learning, really gives our graduate engineers a head start in their field-based careers and it contributes to the success of our direct sales approach".
Throughout two years of intensive training on products and applications, ELP engineers - the interface between National Instruments and its customers - deliver creative and timely solutions to customers' technical issues.
They work extensively with every department in the company, primarily assisting sales and marketing - but also feeding information back to product design and manufacturing.
Because of the broad exposure to the company coupled with short-term assignments with technical sales and marketing, ELP engineers can establish the direction they want to pursue in their careers.
In addition, they have the opportunity for travel within UK/Ireland (and potentially internationally) to conduct customer training and seminars, attend trade shows and give product presentations. Request free introductory details about products from National Instruments ...
