Available from Nichicon (Europe) is the recently introduced F98 series of solid tantalum chip electrolytic capacitors.
Available from Nichicon (Europe) is the recently introduced F98 series of solid tantalum chip electrolytic capacitors.
The chip tantalums have three capacitance values: 10, 25 and 22mF with working voltages of 2.5, 4 and 6.3V DC, respectively.
Temperature range is -55 to +125C.
Designed for surface mount applications the F98 series has a dissipation factor of 10mF (8%) and 15 to 22mF (15%).
Leakage current at 20C is 0.1CV or 0.5mA which ever is the greater.
The chip tantalums are supplied on carrier tape for automatic insertion.
