If space is a problem, then the SA and SR series of electrolytic capacitors have the solution.

If space is a problem, then the SA and SR series of electrolytic capacitors have the solution.

Only 7mm high the twin series are designed for general purpose (SA) or high CV (SR) applications.

Available from Nichicon (Europe), the series' operate across the temperature range -40 to +85C giving a load life of 2kh at 85C (16kh at 55C).

Working voltage and capacitance are different for each series being 6.3 to 50V and 0.1 to 220uF for the SA capacitors and 4 to 40V and 0.1 to 470uF for the SR series.

Both types have a tolerance of +/-20%.

Rated ripple at 85C is 1 to 240mA depending on capacitance and working voltage.

Impervious to the majority of cleaning fluids, the radial lead series of electrolytic capacitors range in diameter from 4 to 8mm.
