Higher values for tantalum ranges
Nichicon (Europe) has extended the capacitance range of its F92 and F97 solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors.

The F97 is a high reliability, high temperature and moisture resistant capacitor.
Capacitance range of this series has been extended from 100 to 150uF.
Similarly the F92 has had its capacitance range extended from 68 to 100uF.
Both series have a temperature range of -55 to +125C, and working voltages are 4 to 35V (F97) and 2.5 to 35V (F92).
Leakage current for the F92 is 0.5 to 4uA and ESR 1.3 to 20ohm.
