More capacity for compact electrolytics
Nichicon has increased the top capacitance value of its WG series of surface mount electrolytic capacitors from 1000 to 1500uF.
Nichicon (Europe) has increased the top capacitance value of its WG series of surface mount electrolytic capacitors from 1000 to 1500uF (range 1 to 1500uF) Of equal importance is the size range of this series ranging from a miniature 4mm diameter by 5.4mm long to only 10 x 10mm for the highest capacitance values
Designed for high-density PCBs, the WG series features low impedance: 0.15ohm minimum with a maximum rated ripple of 670mA RMS.
Temperature range is a wide -55 to +105C and working voltage 6.3 to 50V.
The surface-mount capacitors can be assembled automatically using carrier tape.
