Enclosed in an IP41 DIN rail mounting plastic box measuring 157 x 55 x 60mm, the WE400 includes a dual band GSM/GPRS modem, a full featured web and WAP server and protocol stack with PPP/UDP/IP/TCP/HTTP, and an RS232/RS485 interface for the connection with the host system and an Ethernet interface.
WE400 includes also four isolated digital inputs, four relay outputs, eight TTL/CMOS I/O lines, four analogue inputs, two analogue outputs, two RS232 channels and an RS485 line.
WE400 programming and setup is done through WE-Devtool, an integrated development environment for Windows 98/2000/XP that guides software developers through user interface planning and design, HTML/WML coding, library and server setup steps.
Advanced programming is also available in C language with a Windows based IDE and compiler.
An evaluation toolkit, including WE400, RS232 cable, GSM antenna, WE-Devtool development software and manuals, is available for developers at a special price.
