iMPAct ISUP V4.0 is a performance analysis solution for hotspot analysis in both fixed and wireless networks.

Developed by NetTest, iMPAct ISUP V4.0 improves interconnect performance monitoring through detailed analysis and direct comparison of carrier performance, and expands the usability of iMPAct with customised menu navigation that provides fixed and wireless network operators an increased focus on interconnect quality of service (QoS).

Interconnect revenues and payment easily generate 45% of total revenues for voice service providers which means even small deviations can significantly impact earnings and subsequently impact their bottom line.

At the same time, as traffic is increasingly connected through interconnect partners, low quality of an interconnect partner reflects unfavourably on the operator, increasing churn and reducing earnings.

iMPAct provides networks operators with a 360-degree view of their network, empowering them to quickly identify and rectify potential network problems as well as benchmark key performance indicators against business objectives.

iMPAct ISUP connects to the interconnect gateways, enabling the operator to monitor and analyse QoS of interconnect partners and document service level agreements (SLAs).

"iMPAct ISUP is an extremely powerful, cost-effective tool that allows operators to track performance relating to one of their major revenue streams - interconnect", said Thomas Jensen, director of product management, NetTest.

"iMPAct now provides operators with an improved, easy-to-use highly focused tool to monitor and pinpoint interconnect performance".

iMPAct ISUP V4.0 is available for immediate delivery.
