A novel network and service performance analyser enables operators and vendors to quickly install, troubleshoot and optimise existing and emerging services across circuit- and packet-switched domains.

InterQuest Analyzer V 2.6.0 is an easy-to-use network and service performance analyser that enables operators and vendors to quickly install, troubleshoot and optimise existing and emerging services across circuit- and packet-switched domains.

InterQuest Analyzer is designed to make technology simple through an unmatched top-down testing approach and intuitive graphical user interface.

This reduces the technical complexity of advanced networks and services while making more efficient use of network experts, and ultimately speeds trouble resolution by as much as 50%.

Using the InterQuest multilevel protocol analysis service, providers can expedite the detection and resolution of problems in their fixed and mobile network to increase quality of the customer experience.

This allows operators to carry out "on the spot" troubleshooting without having to deploy an external post-processing tool.

InterQuest Analyzer also features powerful and advanced statistical processing capabilities, supporting the day-to-day operation with intuitive statistical information for the troubleshooting process.

InterQuest spans across multiple technologies and services, including GPRS/Edge, 3G and VoIP, yet offers a highly reliable and scalable solution architecture for both local or remote operation.

"InterQuest gives operators a convenient tool that allows them to quickly respond to increased market demands by offering a solution that can be effectively scaled in line with needs and technical requirements in the organisation", says Jacob Krogsgaard, Vice President Networks Business Unit, NetTest.
