Capacitor arrays have reduced trace distances
Now available from NIC Components, a range of 0805 size ceramic chip capacitor arrays that feature reduced trace distance, improving performance for high-speed applications.
Ultra-low ESR and impedance, coupled with high ripple current, are the key features of the NSPZ series.
Measured values for ESR are as low as 0.025ohm.
NSPZ capacitors are housed in leadless cylindrical packages with dimensions ranging from 6.3mm diameter x 6mm up to 10mm diameter x 8mm.
Capacitance values from 15 to 680uF, and voltage ratings of between 4 and 25V DC, mean that the requirements of most applications can be met.
A broad operating range of -55 to +105C further enhances suitability for use in a wide range of electronic circuits and equipment.
Parts are supplied in a tape and reel format appropriate for pick and place manufacturing systems.
The NSPZ range has been designed to be compatible with reflow soldering processes.
