Capacitor arrays have reduced trace distances
Now available from NIC Components, a range of 0805 size ceramic chip capacitor arrays that feature reduced trace distance, improving performance for high-speed applications.
Available with capacitance values ranging from 100 to 2700uF, and voltages of between 6.3 and 50V DC, the NRSJ range is ideally suited to applications in power supplies, DC/DC convertors and switchers.
NIC has also achieved a very high ripple current rating of up to 2.55A RMS at +105C/100kHz.
An operating temperature range of -40 to +105C, helps the NRSJ series to provide stable performance in a wide number of applications in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Case sizes, which are dependant on capacitance and voltage values, range from 8mm diameter x 11.5mm to 10mm diameter x 20mm.
Parts can be supplied with a lead spacing of 3.5 or 5mm in either tape and reel or bulk packaging.
