The NSPER series of aluminium electrolytic capacitors uses a new hybrid solid-liquid electrolyte to achieve low ESR, high ripple current performance at low cost.

The NSPER series of aluminium electrolytic capacitors from NIC Eurotech uses a new hybrid solid-liquid electrolyte to achieve low ESR, high ripple current performance at low cost.

The radial leaded devices provide an economical alternative to solid electrolyte parts in a wide range of low-voltage high-current power-management applications.

Devices are available with capacitance values of between 330 and 1000uF and with voltage ratings of 4 to 10V DC.

NSPER capacitors have impedance values as low as 0.012ohms and ripple current ratings of up to 2.34A RMS (at +105C/100kHz).

Typical applications for NSPER capacitors are found in power supplies, DC/DC convertors, voltage regulators and switchers.

Devices from the range have an operating temperature range of -55 to +105C and are supplied in case sizes of either 8 x 11 or 10 x 12.5mm depending on voltage and capacitance.

All parts from the range meet 2kh at 105C load life test specifications.

NSPER capacitors can be supplied either in bulk or tape and reel packaging for use with automated insertion PCB manufacturing.
