Capacitor arrays have reduced trace distances
Now available from NIC Components, a range of 0805 size ceramic chip capacitor arrays that feature reduced trace distance, improving performance for high-speed applications.
Capacitors from the NMC-M range use NPO ceramic to give stable characteristics over time, voltage and temperature (0+/-30ppm from -55 to +125C).
Parts can be selected from a range that covers 1.4 to 22pF with voltage ratings up to 50V DC.
0402 and 0603 case sizes keep the amount of PCB real estate required to accommodate the devices to a minimum.
The NMC-M series is ideal for use in both long- and short-range wireless voice and data communications applications; Included in these are WLANs, Hiperlan, 802.11a, 802.11b, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, telematics, PCS, LMDs and cellular.
All parts are supplied in tape and reel packaging designed for automatic mounting and reflow soldering.
