Capacitor arrays have reduced trace distances
Now available from NIC Components, a range of 0805 size ceramic chip capacitor arrays that feature reduced trace distance, improving performance for high-speed applications.
The small 1808 (4.6 x 2.0mm) size of the NMC-H series makes them especially useful in product designs that need to have small form factors or where PCB real estate is limited.
Capacitance values available range from 5.0pF to 0.0015uF.
Lower capacitance value parts use an NPO dielectric whereas higher values use X7R.
All parts from the range are rated to 3kV DC and 250V AC.
NMC-H capacitors provide interference suppression in antenna coupling and line-bypass applications.
Typical markets where applications for X2/Y3 safety capacitors can be found include telecomms and datacomms equipment, computing, industrial controls, radio and TV broadcast and medical equipment.
A wide operating temperature range of -55 to +125C for both NPO and X7R derivatives enables NMC-H capacitors to be used in most operating environments.
All devices in the series are TUV safety agency certified and meet the requirements of UL1414 and EN 132400 1992+A2+A3+A4.
All NMC-H ceramic chip safety capacitors are supplied with lead-free terminations as standard.
