Free Quick Kit service allows engineers to order selections of current sensing resistors, thermistors, MLCCs, hybrid and solid chip electrolytic capacitors and thin-film chip inductors.

NIC Components has significantly expanded the types and range of devices available via its popular Quick Kit service Accessed via NIC's website homepage, it is now possible for design engineers to specify and order kits containing current sensing resistors, thermistors, MLCCs, hybrid and solid chip electrolytic capacitors and thin-film chip inductors

Kits targeted at specific applications - such as LED driver circuits - can also be requested.

The free Quick Kit service is designed to be fast and easy to use.

An on-screen menu shows an image of each of the 450 available parts and gives key specification details such as product type, value, tolerance, dimensions and NIC part number - clicking on the part number takes the user directly to a full data sheet in PDF format for more detailed technical information.

NIC Quick Kits are packaged in a specially designed box that provides safe and convenient storage of the parts.

Kits are normally delivered to the customer within five working days of the online order being placed.

For each of the 20 part numbers chosen for inclusion in a Quick Kit, either five or 10 samples can be supplied.
