The SD235U has enhanced +12V capability to enable designers to improve overall system efficiency by implementing +12V voltage regulators to derive processor power, while retaining backward compatibility for solutions using +5V.

An additional industry standard connector is provided for +12V power distribution to the motherboard as per Intel ATX 12V power supply guidelines.

Housed in an enhanced-airflow PS2 style enclosure, this power supply is designed for industry-standard ATX compatibility.

An enhanced auxiliary supply can provide 2.5A peak, allowing system rapid resume and wake-up options to be implemented.

Automatic internal temperature control features fan speed control.

The SD235U offers a wide input range from 90 to 264V AC and is tested for ambient temperatures up to 50C.
