It's official - all plants are green
All Minebea Group plants worldwide have obtained ISO14001 certification.
All Minebea Group plants worldwide have obtained ISO14001 certification, the international standard for environmental management systems In April 1997, the Karuizawa Manufacturing Unit, the principal parent plant, obtained ISO14001 certification, making Minebea the world's first bearing manufacturer to do so
Since then, all of Minebea's principal mass-production bases have applied for and received ISO14001 certification.
All plants in Thailand - Minebea Group's largest production base - obtained the certification in October 1997.
All plants in China and in Singapore received the certification in December 1997 and in January 1998, respectively.
The Laconia plant of New Hampshire Ball Bearings in the USA obtained the certification in August 2002, leaving no Minebea Group plants without ISO14001 certification.
