Punch down and earth strap for connector
The RJ-LnxxT IP67 rated, sealed, industrial RJ-45 connectors, available in the UK from Aerco, are now available with IDC punch down and earth strap terminations.
These dual-band antennas are available with centre frequencies of 2450 and 5362GHz.
They deliver a wide bandwidth (VSWR=2) covering 2400-2500 and 4900-5825GHz, respectively.
The MAC2450A5362AAE series has excellent directivity in the x-y, y-z and z-x planes.
These linear-polarised antennas have very high gain - 4.4dBi maximum at 2450GHz and 0.8dBi maximum at 5362GHz - for such a small package that weighs only 0.09g.
These new dielectric chip antennas are an ultimate air interface for such small dual-band applications like USB Dongle, PDA, and Compact Flash cards.
As antenna placement becomes more important to wireless applications, early design considerations are key.
Engineering samples are available to qualified users.
