This agreement involves the distribution of JDSU's optical communications products throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico and South America, in addition to Asia Pacific global fulfillment for all designs originating within the Americas.

JDSU offers one of the industry's broadest portfolios of optical communications solutions for greater network agility.

These solutions enable remote network reconfiguration, speed service deployment and time to revenue, and reduce network operating costs.

In addition JDSU offers increasing levels of functionality and integration in modules, circuit packs, and subsystems for transmission, amplification, wavelength management and edge access solutions.
