Independent stands out for IDT
Coventry-based independent, DT Electronics, has won IDT's special award as "Most outstanding distributor in Europe" for the last 12 months.
Coventry-based independent, DT Electronics, has won IDT's special award as "Most outstanding distributor in Europe" for the last 12 months IDT's Director of Europe, Pietro Polidori, presented the award on 13th September during the company's annual European managing directors' meeting in Santa Margharita, near Genoa in northwest Italy

IDT evaluates its distribution network twice each year based on a wide range of criteria including the proactivity and professionalism of the line manager responsible for its products, support for the IDT franchise from senior management, design-win achievements and the training and accreditation of both sales engineers and field applications engineers.
Commenting on the distributor's achievements, Polidori said: "Since joining the IDT distribution network in October 2002, DT Electronics has continuously improved its overall rating at every evaluation stage, with constant growth in sales results, new design opportunities and overall market share within the related sales channel".
