Rep deal rewards design-in successes
SynQor has appointed DT Electronics as its as exclusive representative for the UK and Ireland.
In a move that sees further recognition of DT Electronics' design-in success, DC/DC power supply maker SynQor has extended its agreement with the distributor by appointing its as exclusive representative for the UK and Ireland The deal means that DT Electronics will be rewarded for its design-in work wherever in the world production orders are placed

Nu Horizons Electronics DC/DC convertors address industrial, medical and telecom applications, where they can be used as open frame units or fully encapsulated for use in harsh environments.
"DT's design-in led focus on power through their dedicated power products division, complemented by their broad semiconductor offering, make them a formidable force in the UK today, and this extension to our relationship reflects our continued commitment to them going forward", said Phil Goff, SynQor's European Regional Sales Manager.
Rich Ford, Manager of the Power Division at DT added: "SynQor is a forward looking company that recognises the changing shape of UK business and the changing role of distribution within it".
"This agreement will enable us to continue our design-in efforts on their behalf with the knowledge that our efforts make sense for both businesses".
DT Electronics has distributed SynQor's products since 2001 and set up a dedicated power products division for power supplies and power management devices in 2003.
