DT Electronics has published a short technical guide entitled "Solutions to RF and low power radio applications".

The guide, which is available free of charge, describes recent trends in low power wireless components and system architectures.

It briefly covers radio frequency identification (RFID), one-way links for industrial, scientific and medical applications, smart transceivers, wireless LAN, Bluetooth and GPS technologies.

The 4-page guide enables "at a glance" comparison of the different system architectures and highlights some of the most recent component innovations in wireless from companies such as Atmel, Gennum and Nemerix.
