RoHS compliant P4-based single board computer

Nexcom has launched a PIGMG single board computer (SBC), based on the Intel Pentium 4 processor, which has been designed to be fully ROHS compliant without sacrificing performance.

The new ultra-rugged PEAK760VL2 supports Intel P4 processors up to 533/800MHz FSB, with processor speeds up to 3.8GHz.

The board utilises the Intel 915GV and ICH6 chipset and supports up to 4GBytes of dual channel DDR2 400/533 memory in 4 DDR2-DIMM slots.

Based on advanced PCI-express architecture, the PEAK760VL2 has a versatile I/O configuration four Serial ATA Ports, six 2.0 USB ports, two communications ports and one optional CF socket.

With Nexcom's comprehensive range of backplanes the PEAK760VL2 can address a wide variety of applications within industrial automation and industrial control.
