A network attached storage controller from Oxford Semiconductor is a key technology behind the award winning My Book World Edition storage appliances from Western Digital Integrating Ethernet MAC and PCI ports, the OXE800 NAS controller is accessible to client devices connected via Ethernet and offers a seamless, high-performance, direct interface to up to two SATA disk drives to enable remote access and secure sharing of digital content

The My Book World Edition storage appliances were recently voted "The Best of RetailVision" in the best product peripheral category by top technology retailers in North America.

Best of RetailVision awards winners are selected by decision makers from top-100-level retailers who buy over US $60 billion worth of products each year.
