Through Tahoe Networks innovative, flexible service and network management capabilities and Oki's extensive service and IP capabilities, the system also accelerates service provisioning and delivery of personalised mobile data services, and helps operators to "monetise" traffic through granular and powerful accounting and billing capabilities.
Oki Electric is a leading provider of IP network construction and IP-based solutions, offering carrier-grade IP-VPN constructions and system integrations to IP-based core network solution products.
Through the alliance, Oki will develop and market customized products based upon Tahoe Networks solutions according to the service providers' needs.
With the addition of Tahoe Networks MIE solutions to its product lines, Oki intends to enhance its involvement in the mobile area by deploying various network solutions including VoIP and CTI to the market.
