Omron has launched a low cost, unsealed, surface-mount mechanical keyswitch ideal for high-density mounting and for automatic soldering processes where no cleaning is required The new B3FS compact mechanical keyswitch from Omron measures 6 x 6mm, is only 3.1mm high and weighs just 0.2g, making it suitable for use in consumer applications such as electronics toys and audio visual equipment
