High efficiency for compact power supplies
Omron has extended its range of power supplies with the launch of the S8PE - a powerful, high efficiency, new line of 3-phase power supplies designed for industrial applications.
The versatile MY offers a host of variations including mechanical or LED operation indicators, test button, built-in diode and surge suppression facilities, and bifurcated contacts.
Switching current is 10A on two-pole versions of the MY, and four-pole models benefit from an arc barrier fitted as standard.
The miniature LY general-purpose relays are also equipped with arc barriers, offering single and dual-pole models for 100/110, 110/120, 200/220 and 220/240V AC or 100/110V DC, plus three and four-pole versions catering for operating coils rated 100/110, 200/220V AC or 100/110V DC.
All provide dielectric strength up to 2000V and built-in diode variants are also available.
These general-purpose relays are complemented by power relays in Omron's G7L series.
A wide-range AC-activated coil handles 100-110 or 200-220V AC at either 50 or 60Hz, and the design eliminates contact chatter, enabling the relays to handle momentary voltage drops up to half the rated voltage.
A miniature hinge provides maximum switching capacity, especially for inductive loads.
There are four mounting options for the G7L - quick-connect, screw, PCB terminals and DIN rail.
All offer high dielectric strength and use flame-resistant insulating materials qualified to UL94V-0.
