Quick-release range of 22mm pushbutton switches
Omron launches new 22mm pushbuttons New from Omron is the easy-connection / quick-release A22 range of 22mm pushbutton switches.
Designed for switching analogue signals, the six-terminal relay provides 100mA load current for AC loads up to 200mA, for DC loads connect on format.
Standard resistance with output ON ranges from 22ohm with AC connection, down to 8.5ohm with DC connection, while leakage current is just 105A when the relay is closed.
Turn-on time is rated at 1.5ms maximum, 0.5ms typical while turn-off occurs in less than 1ms.
The device has a single-pole, single throw, normally open switching format, operating temperature range is from -40 to +85C, and UL/CSA approvals are pending.
Applications include electronic automatic exchanges, measuring systems, factory automation and security systems.
The devices have a compact 4mm profile, and length of just 7.12mm.
The G3VM-601EY is 10mm wide with gullwing leads suitable for surface mounting, while the through-hole G3VM-601BY version offers overall width down to 7.85mm.
Surface mount versions are available in tape-and-reel format.
