Touch-sensing ICs for medical panels

Available in two versions, the 4-channel, SSOP-20 package B6TS-04LT operates on 3.0 to 5.5V DC and the 8-channel, QFP-32 package B6TS-08NF operates on 4.5 to 5.5V DC.
They both have high noise immunity and automatic drift compensation.
Their operating temperature range is -20 to +85C.
"Omron's touch sensing ICs offer OEMs reduced time to market and lower application cost as compared to other touch-panel devices", says Cami Marsh, of Omron Electronic Components.
MSRP for the B6TS-04LT in 2,500 piece full-tray quantities is US $2.249 each.
MSRP for the B6TS-08NF in 1,250 piece full-tray quantities are $2.902 each.
